Meteor rains are said to fall in large numbers of meteors from the sky. This happens in a particular time of the year. As far as purse meteors are concerned, they are called the remains of the Swift-Tuttle comet. They revolve around the sun and complete a round in 133 years. When the earth goes through the path of the sun, it pulls the remains of the comet due to its gravity.
They start entering the Earth’s atmosphere and a view of meteor is born in the sky. In August, purse meteor is considered to be the peak point of rain. Tomorrow i.e. on Monday, this incident will intensify. It is estimated that 100 meteors can be seen falling in the sky per hour. This rain of meteors may continue till 14 August.
Another special incident is going to happen on August 14 for those interested in astronomical events. On this day Mars and Jupiter will be very close to each other. If you also want to see this view, this view can be seen with the help of telescope etc. in the clear season.
